Yesterday was our first Youth Alpha meeting, and I thought it went fabulously! We are very excited at the potential this course could have for our church plant. Up till now, we have been having youth clubs where we have talked about life issues, but spirituality is something that we have only mentioned as part of our own personal convictions. Turbulencia was the first time we had exposed some of them to a Christian environment, and YouthAlpha is the first time that we are actually diving into spiritual conversations with them, sharing openly about Christ and His resurrection.
It wasn't all serious though,we had fun with games and activities too!
Please pray for us as we continue with the course for the next 10 weeks. Pray that the seed would be planted on good soil, that it would take root and that it would grow!
